Shipping & Delivery: Postage, packing and insurance are extra. Parcels within the UK are usually sent by Royal Mail first class post, but may also be sent by courier. Parcels to Europe and the rest of the world are sent either by Royal Mail air mail printed matter or via UPS. I prefer to quote postage individually for each parcel, but a default postage cost for an octavo volume would be £4.00 within the UK, £5.50 to Europe and £7.50 to the rest of the world. However, many volumes are larger and heavier than octavo, some are pamphlets and would therefore cost less to send, some are multi-volume sets, some are valuable and need to be sent by a more secure and tracked service; therefore, if your parcel is not ‘standard’ I will contact you to give you a separate quote for postage. .
Privacy & Security: We will not share or pass on your details to any other company or individual.
We may periodically send emails about new stock to the email address you have provided. Similarly, we may send catalogues to your postal address. If you would prefer not to receive these, please let us know.
We do not store credit card details on our computer.
Returns & Replacements: I attempt to describe all books accurately, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me upon receipt of the item and return it in the same condition within 14 days for a full refund.
Ordering: Books can be ordered via this web site, by email, by fax, by post, by telephone.
Payment & Pricing: Prices are in UK pounds sterling. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress), by bank transfer, or by sterling cheque drawn on a London bank. Pro-forma invoices can be issued to libraries.
